北海道旅行の最後のディナーは、小樽オーセントホテルの11階カサブランカのフレンチでした。
小樽の街が眺められるロケーションは大変良かったです。
頂いたものは、以下の通り。
・本日のアミューズ 最初のおもてなし
・小樽産しゃことニセコ三野農園大根サラダ
キノコと白身魚のテリーヌと共に
塩レモンヴィネグレット
・幻の玉葱札幌黄オニオングラタンスープ
・蝦夷鹿肉のロースト 伝統的なグランベヌールソース
・余市産林檎のあつあつアップルパイ ショソン・オ・ポム
・オーガニックコーヒー 又は 紅茶
・自家製パン
3700円くらいのコースでした。
東京や京都ではこの値段で同じものは食べられないと思います。
全体的に、地元の食材をふんだんに使ったおいしいフレンチで大変満足でした。
しゃこと蝦夷鹿肉は初めて頂きましたが、食べやすく調理されていました。
鹿肉はレバーに似た感じで好みが分かれそうだけど、脂が少なくヘルシーです。
オニオングラタンスープとアップルパイは、文句なしに美味でした。
北海道・小樽といえばお寿司や海鮮丼に行きがちかもだけど、フレンチも良いと思います。
料理を出されるテンポも良かったし、スタッフの方も非常に親切でした。
リーズナブルなランチもあるようで、小樽に来ることがあったらまた行きたいお店です。
