江差住民なんですが、こなひき屋さんが
月に2回(次回は、9/8と29)が
(中歌の籠やさん前と、厚沢部と…)
2時間ぐらいかけて、来てくれているんです。この町に、パン屋がない時期からだそうで、
私が江差に来たころに2軒パン屋がありましたが、ニコリともしないわ、一癖、二癖あり…。
こなひき屋さん
七飯町から車でくるぶん店より少ないけれど、大好きな食パン、小麦粉の味がするんです。
何も付けず食べてます。

デニッシュもサクサクたまんない。
美味しいジャムもお気に入り
地産の物を使ったけど安い、札幌じゃありえない。
ほとんど周辺の町の果実だそうで、
たまに、札幌の果実もあるそうです
苺、酸っぱい黄緑(名前わすれ)、ブルーベリー、プラム(いま、コレ)
季節感が味わえます。
ヨーグルトやパンケーキに使います
出来の悪いパンケーキがマシになるw
なんせ、人柄がよい。親方、おかみと
呼ばれているご夫婦が素敵なんですよね。
おじさんのパンの質問やこんなのは？と聞いたら、たーくさん教えくれ、
こだわりを感じます。
この、おじさん本当に、パン好きなんやな〜て安心出来て買えます。
たまに峠こえて、函館までいきますが
ここまでパン好き感が伝わらないから
函館で買わず、お店に寄り道して
大量買いしちゃいます。
星が4つは、いつもすぐ食べれないところです。
