煮干し系中華そばの美味しい店があると聞き初訪問。
駐車場は広く7〜8台は停めれる。
今回は中華そばを注文。
しっかりとした煮干の風味を感じるが、エグ味もちゃんと消してある。
市内ではかなりレベルの高い中華そば。
麺とスープの相性もかなり高次元。
定期的に食べたくなる味でした。
