函館にある可愛いロシアンカフェへ。北海道、とくに函館には昔から、ロシアからの留学生が多いそうです。この近所にはロシア大学という学校もありました。
「日本では揚げたピロシキが主流だけど、本場では揚げずにオーブンで焼くんですよ」と店長の北見さん。
具はしゃけクリームチーズ、スパイシートマトラムなど7種類ほど。ほとんどの具材に北海道産を使っています。とくにエゾ鹿とエゾ舞茸を使ったエゾ×エゾピロシキ、美味すぎました(しかも300円て...安！w)
カフェの常連さんには留学生も多く、「なんでウチのママの味知ってるンデスカ！？」と彼らも驚く本場の家庭の味を再現しております。
あのね、何が違うかっていうと、とにかく皮が薄いの！皮と身の割合1:1。マックのアップルパイより薄いから。そんで身がギッッチリ。
ロシアって美食の国なんだね、知らなかったよ。いつか本場で食い倒れツアーしたいなぁ〜。
