UVカフェでランチです。
紫外線カフェ。確か昔お店の方から聞いたのですが、道路向かいがレインボー薬局で同じオーナーだから、虹の上は紫外線なのでUVカフェにしたと。なかなか面白いネーミングです。
ここのカフェは沖縄料理が充実しています。
ソーキそばやラフテー、ゴーヤチャンプルーなどほぼ大半が沖縄料理。外観から全く想像つかないラインナップ。
店主の好みなのか出身だったのか…ちょっとびっくり。
ソーキそばを頼みました。
そうそう。確かこんな感じだった味。骨付き豚肉が柔らかくて旨い。島とうがらしもついてて辛さが変えられる。
沖縄の炊き込みご飯付き。恐れ入った…本格的だ。
沖縄行きたくなったらココに来よう。
