富良野を食べたいならくまげらへ。野趣に富む鍋やここでしか飲めない日本酒があります
昭和55年、某有名TVドラマのロケ中「くまげらに富良野をつくろう！」をテーマに創業。役者やスタッフに愛されて育った店です。ドラマに登用されマスターも2回出演しました。店の内外に布礼別の畑の石を積み上げ、外まわりには富良野ワインのブドウが絡みます。店内は中富良野の川と空知川に眠っていた埋もれ木、麓郷の山から取った蔓などを使い、芸術性溢れる空間に仕立てています。料理は「富良野」を大切にした創作料... |
雪の降る富良野へ行ってきました。
お店を知らないので食べログで富良野No1の"唯我独尊"でカレーを食べようと思ったのですが1時間待ち、寒くて我慢できないのでNo2の"くまげら"で"オムホエーカレー"(1,500円)をいただきました。
ホエー(乳清)とは牛肉からチーズ豆腐を作る際に分離される液のことだそうです。
カレーは適度な辛さの中に甘みを感じることができコク深くとても美味しかったです。
以前に徳島で100時間カレーを食べましたが、同じように時間をかけて作られているんだと思います。
このお店はカレー専門店ではなく富良野料理のお店なので、とんかつ、焼き魚、刺身、鍋物など色々なメニューがあります。
機会があればまた行ってみたいお店です。
