駐車場の空き 2台分あり。
中待ち合いに 1組 2名のお客さん。
すぐに呼ばれてテーブル席に案内。
片付け&清掃が追い付いてないね。
お客さん詰めない様にしてるのか。
注文は旭川なのでスタンダードな正油ラーメンと正油野菜チャーシューメン。いいのか？
味噌や塩も美味しいだろうと後悔。
提供時間は早く、丼がトップまで熱い。
スープの表面はラードで覆われている。
スライサーで薄切りチャーシュー 6枚。
炒め野菜はその下に隠すように~もやし・白菜・にんじん・ピーマン・ひき肉…ほぼもやし。
粗い手切りで水に晒さない長ねぎ多め。
麺は中細のやや縮れで旭川らしくある。
引っ張り出して啜るとスープとラードを一緒に持ち上がる。茹でもほどよくて好感が持てる。
スープはWで炒め野菜の旨味効果アリ。
炒め野菜は火当て良く、職人技感じる。
チャーシューはしっとり感が足りない。
冷たいチャーシューと長ねぎの量は多いが、スープは最後までぬるくならない。
この正油スープとラードには多目の胡椒が合いそうだ、粒のブラックではなく白パウダー。
バサバサ振るとシフトアップして食べ進んでしまい相性を実感、スープまで進んでしまった。
おいしいだろうの想像の一段上だった。
ココロもカラダもポカポカで帰札する。
