久々の訪問です。
今回は真駒内本店限定の鶏塩ラーメンと半チャーハンと餃子を注文。
無料のゆで卵の殻を剥きながら待ちます。
まずは鶏塩から、そこそこ透明感のある清湯スープ。
鶏感はやや弱くてあまり特徴のない味ですね。
チャーハンはやや醤油ベースでそこそこしっとり系。
結構好みな味です。
餃子も野菜と餡のバランスがバッチリ。
お店の方の接客も非常に良く、やはり札幌ラーメンの土台を支えるお店の一つですね。
