魚介豚骨醤油がお勧めということで、普通盛を頼みました。（無料で大盛りも頼めるとのことでしたが、乙さんなので無理はしませんでした。笑）
スープは、コッテリしているが、あっさりもしているハイブリッドな味です。スープのあっさりの中には、煮干しがいました。ジュレもアクセントが効いていて、チャーシューもかなり柔らかく煮られています。全体として上品なラーメンといったところか。まとまってて非常に美味しいと思いました。スープを全部飲み干し食事終了。ご馳走様でした。次は、魚介豚骨塩とつけ麺にチャレンジしてみようと思ってます。
