新メニューの『にぼし生姜醤油』目当てに訪問。
メニュー名からしてすでにヨダレが出そうなくらい私にとっては魅力的な名である。
夜の８時位に訪問。
ガラガラ〜
ほぉぉ…
そこそこ賑わっておりますなぁ〜
とりあえず端っこのカウンター席に案内され、ファミレス等ではお馴染みの"押しボタン"でお呼びください。と軽く説明あり。
渡された二冊のメニュー表を手に取り、スープカレーとらーめんのメニューを見比べてみる。。
ふむふむ…
やはりメニュー表の構成は限りなくスープカレー店に近いです。
チョイスするのは辛さ・脂・ニンニクありなし・トッピング・セットメニューの有無等の細かな設定が出来るようです。
もちろん注文したの『にぼし生姜醤油』辛さは「中辛」で脂は「中」のニンニク「無し」でオーダー。
ちなみに「中辛・中・無し」が"いわゆるデフォ"のオーダーになるようだ。。
調理時間は１５分ほど。
まずは、スープをひと口。。
ズズッ…
うわっ‼ 熱ぃぃ〜
そしてかなりの濃い味スープ。煮干しの風味は特に感じられないが、生姜の素晴らしき世界観に包まれた豚骨醤油テイスト。
旨い！
だが味が濃すぎます‼
・・・なんてモッタイナイ。。
「もしかすると締めのオジヤにピントを合わせた味付けになっているのかね？」
いやぁ… 惜しいなぁ〜
余りの塩っぱさに割りスープをお願いするところでしたわ・・・。
続いて、麺をひと口。。
ズルズルズル〜
うんうん、旨いです。中太のちぢれ麺。卵の風味がナイスでもちっと感が最高です。
『このタイプの麺は久しぶりですなぁ』
とても満足感を得られる好きなタイプの麺ですよぉ・・・
だが…
だけども『スープが濃すぎるんだなぁ』
旨味もコクも申し分無いのに…
とにかく塩っぱくて濃すぎるのが難かな。
旨いけど塩っぱい。今回は、かなり悩ましい評価になってしまいましたぁ。。
次回はスープカレーを食べに行きますので『スパイシー＆らーめん 橙オレンジ』
それにしてもスープカレーとらーめんが食べられるお店って魅力的ですよね？
