資源量が減少し価格が高騰しているようですが、いつもの同伴者の希望により行ってきました。
行きたいお店が電話が通じず、今回はこちらにお邪魔させていただきました。
開店と同時に入店しましたが、10分程で予約席含め満席になっていました。
特上うな重と特うな重を注文し、15分程でご対面。
写真を撮り忘れましたが、肝吸いと漬物とわさびが付いてきます。
卓上にはタレと山椒と一味が置いてあります。
色々は敢えて書きませんがうな重の味は普通に美味しいです。
店員さんの説明に寄りますと、特上と特の違いはサイズが違うのでその分脂のノリが違うそうです。
肝吸いは少し味が薄かったかな。
漬け物は量が多めでした。
