店名通り、茶と干物をコンセプトにしたお店のようです。
メニューに抹茶ビール、ほうじ茶ビール、いちご茶ビールなど興味深いものあり。全て飲みましたが、抹茶ビール、ほうじ茶ビールは美味しく、いちご茶ビールはジュースみたいな感じ（笑）コンセプト面白く話題になりますね。
フードも見栄え良く、全体的に美味しかったと思います。唐揚げに添付されてるマヨネーズも若干茶の風味と面白く。一番美味しかったのは個人的に塩辛。オーダーがタッチパネル等無く全て口頭で少し面倒、店員さんが少なくてオーダーが届くまで凄く遅いのが気になりました。
