●2016 #028 @ミカサノ鶏醤らーめん ¥600
大豚白さんに…と思ってたんです。
すると…どうでしょう！(◎_◎;)
ココでもラーメン出してるのね！！！
初訪だったんでデフォの「ミカサノ鶏醤らーめん」にしたのですが「鶏皮つけ麺」も気になるなぁ～(^◇^;)
デカめのトレーに乗せられて～の着丼。
おでん出汁の良い香りが立ち上がってますね～♪
あ～そうか…。
おでん出汁とか鶏醤とかの前に、鰹ベースの魚粉が何よりもパンチを効かせて来て、ベースの良さが半減しちゃってる気がするなぁ～このスープ。
途中からおろし生姜を溶きながらいただくのもヨロシ～な
麺は札幌定番の多加水中太縮れタイプで、シコシコ感が良いですね♫
具材になっている美唄焼鳥の様なおでんのモツ串に、洋辛子を付けながら食べたら～ウッフン♡な美味しさ♪( ´▽｀)
どうだべか…？と思いながらも後半にかけて、丼淵にある洋辛子をスープに溶いて食べてみたところ、コレがなかなかイケるって～事に気が付いちゃった(^ー゜)♪
あの鰹由来の魚粉の量をコントロールしていただくことが出来るなら、結構アリなラーメンだと思うなぁ～d(￣ ￣)
したけど、つけ麺が気になるから～近々また来ちゃおうかな…。
