どこかホッとするような、ほのぼのと清潔感のある空気感とサービス、そして肩ひじ張らない「手造り創作料理」。割と女性的な雰囲気であり、女性同士安心して利用出来そうだ。勿論、男性でも気兼ねなく愉しむ事が出来る。
季節の小料理、居酒屋的定番、お店イチオシの創作系・・・今回は、MBmbさんとのハシゴ酒での三件目ともあり、料理は限られた注文に留まったが、中でも「豚キムチ天ぷら」は、サクリと軽い揚げあがり、豚肉のコクとマイルドなキムチに、適度な衣の甘さが絡んで良いハーモニー、バランスのとれた角の無い旨みで、どんどん酒が進みます。昔ながらのオムライスも「優しい家庭味」でありながら、やはりプロの味でもあり、トータルのバランス感が良い。このような安心感のある家庭的オムライスは、意外に外食で探すのは難しいのかも。
予約で伺えば、予約者名で感謝のカードが席にさりげなく置かれたり、解りやすいメニュー表記、女性らしい細やかな気配り等は、一見ありがちなサービスでもあるが、この店はそのサービスであったり、ツールを上手に使いこなし、基本のしっかりした家庭風創作料理との良いシナジーを獲得出来ている所が素晴らしく、禁煙を徹底している事を含め、この総合的な空気感を演出出来る居酒屋はきっと少ないだろう。
「草食気分」・・とでも言おうか、何となくギラギラしたビジネス話や愚痴のようなマイナス話は、この店には似合わない。そのようなシチュエーションは、しみじみ呑める焼き鳥屋さん等に任せて、親しき友や、気の置けない仲間たちと「ほのぼのと、ゆるりゆったり前向きに」利用したい。
