自家製シャルキュトリーやキッシュなどの様々なフレンチ惣菜から、しっかり肉料理、シメのオニオングラタンスープパイ包み、いろいろとご用意しております。 |
とある平日、ランチ戴きふと同じ建物内に何やら普段オープンしてなさそうなビストロがやっていたら思わずなだれ込みました。
普段は夜のみ営業のビストロらしく世の中的にやむを得ずランチタイムも営業してくれ個人的には助かります。
店内はカウンターのみでふと上を見たら天井高くてビックリで昼でも良い雰囲気です。
BGMは洋楽が流れています。
この日メニューより、お昼は海鮮丼とカレーのみで海鮮丼が3000円するので泣く泣く断念。。。もう1つの"カレー(800円)”をなごみ系で優しいご主人にお願いしてみます。
では一口・・・おっ、これまた煮込んでますねぇ。
見るからに水分少ないと分かるカレーはご主人より蝦夷鹿肉を煮込んだものだそうで、スリランカカレーと似ている感じの鶏肉っぽい解されたお肉がたくさんあって鹿肉らしさは皆無、また過去トップクラスの粘度が高く甘くてコクがあり、スパイスはほぼほぼ穏やかな参加具合で食べ進めるとふと「何か美味しい・・・」と呟いており、具材はじゃがいもと人参が入っていました。
他にはお麩、ネギ、厚揚げ、ワカメの味噌汁を飲み干し終了します。
ふと、僕がお酒飲む人でこちらのご主人と出会っていたら通いたくなる癒される人柄なお店でした。
