札幌、地下鉄大通駅の19番出口近く、都心ビル地下3F、行列が出来るサンドイッチの大人気店『さえら』さんにAM10時過ぎ相方とお邪魔しました。
平日午前でしたが、階段を下りると二組待ちのお客様あり。10時開店で一巡目がちょうど案内さらた感じです。10分ほど待って入店、入口にスーツケースが置いてあるので、自分のような観光の方にも大人気のお店ですね。
サンドイッチメニューは、二種類の具を選択するパティーンです。具の種類は多彩ですが、一番人気は「たらばがにサラダサンド」からの流しですね。でも今回は、「えびカツ＆たまご」と「フルーツ＆スモークチキンサラダ」をともにお得な「セットドリンク（+250円）」で発注です。
一日寝かせ少し水分を飛ばしたパンを使ったサンドは、どれも軽い感じでいただけちゃいます。「えびカツ」は、まさに、サクッ、プリ、の表現通りの食感がとてもグッド、温かいうちがお奨めです。「フルーツ」も専門店のようなこれでもかフルーツいっぱいではありませんが、フルーツとクリームのバランスのよさを味わえます。
お店が混雑していると、店員さんも忙しくわちゃわちゃして、その感じがこちらにも伝わってきたりしますが、そんなことなく、店員さんの笑顔ある対応にも好感がもてました。
