ピザやパスタが好きで、自分でも作るのですが、やっぱり窯焼きピザは最高ですね。
木を燃やしその熱で焼き上げるピザは、焼き目と香ばしい香りが食欲をそそりました。
今回食べたのは45分880円のランチブュッフェです。90分1280円というのもありましたが、食べるのが早いのでこれくらいで十分です(^^;;
45分880円は10月いっぱいの平日限定価格です。
さて本題のピザですが、フチはパリッとしていて中は薄く本場のピザと同じ感じです。
ブュッフェだったからか、気持ちチーズが少なく感じましたが、味は良かったです。
特にチーズに蜂蜜をかけたピザは、初めて食べましたが、テレビで見た時はどうかと思っていましたが、ちょっと甘めですがこういう組み合わせもありだなと、嬉しい発見でなかなか良かったです。
いろんなピザがでてきましたが、基本マルゲリータとしらすやツナなどのトッピングのタイプと、チーズピザに蜂蜜やコーンを乗せたタイプの2タイプ数種類でした。
もしかしたら後でもっと違うものが出てきたかもしれませんが、なにせ30分ぐらいで満腹になってでてきたので、後のことはわかりません。
パスタは定番のトマトのパスタと、ペペロンチーノでした。イタリアのペペロンチーノは店によって、オリーブオイルのクセで随分と味がかわりますが、日本人向けのクセのない仕上がりになっていて食べやすかったです。
この2種類とクリーム仕立てのマカロニパスタがありました。
サイドメニューも、サラダ、スープカレー、ミネストローネ、デザートと一通りありました。
コストパフォーマンスはとてもいいと思います。
今度は家族で行きたいです。
