以前から気になってた「麺や ハレル家」さん
意外にこのエリアって行かないんですよね
本日は満を持して？の訪問です(ｵｵｹﾞｻ..笑)
オーダーは最初から決めていました
濃厚煮干し醤油850円です
ここ何年か煮干しが好きなkabo-chaっす(*'▽')
※ほんとはメニュー見てちょっと悩みました(笑)
待つ事5分強..って早っ！
完成です

チャーシューはレア系
苦手なんで沈めておきます
柚子とみつば？？らしきもの、紫の玉ねぎが乗っかてます
スープは濃厚って書いてますが..
どろどろ感とかザラザラ感はないですね
濃いけどあっさりな煮干しスープです
柚子の香りが意外に効いてます
麺は平打ちのツルツルタイプ
意外にスープが絡みます
美味しい麺です
沈めてあったチャーシューは薄切りのせいか柔らかです
感想としては美味しいです
これでチャーシューがレア系じゃなきゃ最高なんですがね
まぁそこは好みの問題ですかね
