麺好きな私、今日は広島でラーメンをいただきます。
広島県で言えば尾道ラーメンが思い浮かびますが、ここ広島市ではそれとは全く違うものとなります。
伺ったお店は『ラーメンどんどん』。
路面電車の十日市町駅を降りて、その路面電車通りを曲がってすぐです。
赤い暖簾が目印。ラーメン、焼肉と書いてあります。
店内はカウンター席と小上がりの構成。
小上がり席にはどでかいシルバーのダクトの傘があり、大変印象的。
一人でしたのでカウンター席に案内されます。
ラーメン屋さんと言うよりは、焼肉、とんかつと言ったようバリエーション豊富。
焼肉も多彩な種類を提供してくれる様子。
麺類もワンタン、チャンポン、タンタンメンと言ったよう、種類はいっぱい。
今回の注文は、ラーメン。
運ばれてきたドンブリには、
チャーシュー2枚、もやしとネギたっぷり。
スープはきつね色。
麺はストレートの中太麺。
早速、スープをいただきます。醤油豚骨ですが、豚骨はきつくなくマイルドな感じ。
脂も適度なので飲みやすい。
チャーシューは脂身の少ない部位。スープの脂っぽさも考えてそうしているのでしょうかね。
豚骨の種別の中では、マイルドな仕上がりなので、こちらのお店で焼肉で一杯ひっかけながら、締めでいただくというのもいいかも。
