中区大手町、鯉城通り沿いにあるブックオフのちょうど裏側（西側）にお店があります。
カウンター席がメインのお店ですが、明るく、シンプルで清潔感漂うお店です。
汁なし担担麺の大盛（６５０円）を３辛（中辛程度）でオーダーしました。
さて、汁なし担担麺には、最初からドカンと痺れるものと、あとから徐々に痺れるものと二種類に分かれると思います。
こちら、麻沙羅さんのは、明らかに後者。
よ～く混ぜ合わせていただけば、一口目は、スパイシーな中にも、どこかまろやかさを感じさせるのですが、二口目、三口目と徐々に辛さ、痺れが増していくと思います。
どちらかといえば、痺れよりも辛さに重きを置いていると思います。
ん～、巧みに考え抜かれた一杯に、舌を巻きます。
まるで、ラヴェルのボレロのようですね。
