正月の全国ご当地グルメ番組や
この前休みの時に満点ママでも
特集されてたのでＮＥＴで検索して
行ってきました。
こちらのお店があの「ホルモンキング」を
プロデュ－スしたらしく
どんな物か半信半疑で・・・
場所は流川通り沿いから一本入った路地で
かなりマニアックな場所でした。
そんなに大きな店ではありませんが
お客さんは一杯で若いスタッフが元気よく
対応してくれました。
鰤の刺身、牡蠣の昆布焼き、生ハムとキノコのサラダ
もちろん「ホルモンバーグ」と焼きむすび茶漬けを注文。
お刺身の鰤はこの時期たいへん脂がのっており旨く
とくに「ホルモンバーグ」はチョット初めて食べたので
友人たちとかなり盛り上がりました。
鉄板の下にキノコやもやしが引いており
その上にホルモンバーグがジュ～と音を出して
出てきました。食感も最高でハイボールとよく合う！
来週東京に出張があるんで
お土産として３個入りの
箱詰を持って帰りたかったのですが
在庫がなく、ＮＥＴで１カ月待ちらしいので
止めときました・・・
