こちらは福岡県うきは市吉井町にある寿司・和食のお店です。
今回は休日のお昼に伺いました。
お店は国道210号線から細目の路地を入ったところにあります。
初めて来たときはこの先に飲食店あるのかなと少し不安になりました( •̀ㅁ•́;)
今回はお昼のコースを事前に予約しておりましたので、ドリンクだけ注文して連れと会話を楽しみつつ料理を待ちます。
まず出てきたのは鯛の形をしたモナカにおからを挟んだ料理です。
見た目のインパクトも十分ですが、おからの優しい甘さとモナカのサクサクとした食感がとても良く面白く美味しい一品でした。
次のお刺身も身がプリプリとしてこれまた旨い！
やはりお寿司を出されるお店ですのでお魚が美味しいですね。
他の料理もお出汁がしっかりとしていて、どれも美味しいものばかりでした。
そしてメインのお寿司の写真は撮り忘れました…
こちらのお寿司はそれぞれのネタに合わせた味付けがされています。
醤油をつけずにそのまま食べるスタイルです。
どのお寿司も美味しかったです！
