カウンターに座って驚いたのがカウンター前が通路と焼き場の２段に分かれていること。
注文が通ったら食材をトレーにいれられ焼き場の職人さんに渡され順番に焼かれていく、レバー・かわ・かしわ・ダルム・串豚足を楽しみました(*´∀｀*)
