北九州都市高速道路 若園ICから車で約5分のところにある『石田一龍 本店』
新型コロナウィルスの影響により、長らく自粛していた「北九州ラーメン王座選手権」が開催され、見事優勝を勝ち取った名店。
開店と同時に入店しましたが、あっという間に満席。人気店あるあるです。
店員さんの元気で明るい挨拶。気合い入ってます！
一押しメニューの濃厚ラーメンを注文。
とろみのある濃厚なスープですが、とんこつ特有の癖のある臭みは全くありません。丁寧に仕上げられた、コクのある濃厚スープ。
薄切りのチャーシューには若干の焼き目が付いていて、香ばしい香りが抜群。
そしてとんこつラーメンといえば細麺。硬めで注文。濃厚なスープが一本一本に上手く絡んでいます。
濃厚なのに食べやすい。食べ応えもあり、とにかく美味い！美味すぎる！
とんこつラーメンといえば博多が有名ですが、この石田一龍、博多の名店にも全く引けを取らないハイレベルなとんこつラーメンです。
今では多くの店舗を出店しているお店ですが、一押しはここ本店です。不味い訳ではないですが、他店舗はやはり味が違います。
