言わずと知れた北九州の照寿司
エンターテイメントとしての鮨屋を確立した店
観せると言うことに関しては申し分ないでしょう
大将が演じる照劇場ですねー♪
逆を言えば美味しいお寿司を楽しみながらゆっくり食べたいと言う方には向かないかもしれません
立派なビルでエレベーターで3階へ
以前は2階だった様です
エレベーターを降りて靴を脱いでそのまま奥のカウンターへ
カウンターは真ん中から放射線状に広がってます
先ずはつまみから始まります
出てくる素材を毎回見せて写真用のポーズ
ここにも演出が､出て来た食材と提供される物は違います
例えば活きた大きな鮑をザルに乗せお客さんに見せた後奥へ引っ込んだ数秒後､茹で上がった鮑が登場ー
次から次へと演出が行われて行きます
握りも同じで握ってはポーズをして手渡しで提供です
席にはゲタが置かれていますが使ったのは玉を置いた1回だけでした
私的には握りはゲタに置いて欲しかったですね
照劇場､楽しませていただきましたー♪
