うまかけん福岡を購入！
「合馬の筍を食べてみたい！」と観山荘本館のランチに行きました！
４月のことですが・・・
平日のみです。。。予約の時に「値上がりするかもしれません」と言われましたが、普通のお値段でした。
今年は裏作だったらしいです・・・
煮ものでしか食べたことのない筍。
お店の方が目の前で焼いてくれます！焼いた筍を初めて食べましたが、全くえぐくなく、美味しかったです。
すべてが美味しかったです。
