博多駅から地下鉄&JRを乗り継いで到着した九大学研都市駅。ここから5分ほどの場所にある「安全食堂」さんを訪問。休日の昼2時前の訪問でしたが、10人ほどの待ち客が。このお店も人気のお店です。
お店の中に入ると活気に満ちてます。おばちゃんが、鍋を振って炒飯をつくりつつ、指示もしてます。間違いなく美味い店だとの予感は的中です。
注文したのはシンプルに「ラーメン」。直ぐに出てきました。まずスープから。円やかな豚骨スープですが、塩ラーメンかとも錯覚しそうなあっさり加減。これなら、豚骨スープが苦手いけるはず。飲める感覚です。
普通の硬さに頼んだ麺は、いい食感。ここのは、普通の硬さで頼みましたが、他のお店より硬め。
いい食感。
ここの「とんこつラーメン」なら、なんぼでもいけそうです。
それにしても、「炒飯」も美味そうでした。
