My father retired from the company he had worked for many years last month, so we went there as a celebration with four adults and two children. I had the image that Maruhide was always crowded, but it was a Monday and we went at 5pm, which was quite early, so it was empty and we were able to eat slowly without worrying about our children. We chose this restaurant for my father who loves fish, and the sashimi is delicious and the presentation is Instagram-worthy! lol As a celebration, we ordered a 10-item platter. It was luxurious with a plate of sea urchin and salmon roe, and my father was also excited. Also, what I personally enjoyed was the "soft and chewy tofu" that stretches like Turkish ice cream, and the "crispy burdock salad". And... sorry, I got drunk later and don't remember much. My parents don't eat out much, so I think they ordered a fairly standard menu. Tamagoyaki, stingray fin, etc. Everything was delicious! There are many dishes using seafood, and the restaurant has a fun atmosphere, so it's a restaurant you'd want to take customers from other prefectures to! I'm sure they'll be pleased. The store staff were all smiling and chatting to the children, which was very nice.
