おっと！中華そばが旨いぞ
私的に酸辣湯麺のイメージが強い「麺酒場 朱拉」でしたが、
今日は中華そばを頂きに久し振りに来ました。
まずそのビジュアルにビックリ♪
レアチャーシューが分厚いのが３枚も乗っています。
カイワレと白髪ネギ、メンマも良い感じ。
さて、スープを啜れば
お～、こんなに美味しかったっけ！
確か最初の頃の印象はそんなに強くなかったと思うのですが、
これは凄く美味しい♪
奥深くバランスの良いスープは、
縮れ麺との相性もいいです。
慶史製の美味麺がたっぷりスープを絡め、
口の中で踊りだします♪
昼時、近所のサラリーマンと思しき人たちで満席。
多くの方が中華そばをオーダーしていましたが、
そりゃ頼みますよね♪
ちょっとこれは家族をまた連れて来にゃいかんです♪
酸辣湯麺がメインの新店誕生
神屋町にできた酸辣湯麺がメインの麺酒場。
昼は酸辣湯麺、中華そば、塩ラーメンがあり、
各種トッピング、餃子などの構成。
夜はリーズナブルなメニューが取り揃えてありました。
さて、こちらの新しいお店も いわゆる非豚骨系。
もうすっかり福岡でも非豚骨系の店が定着しました。
でも、酸辣湯麺が売りのお店は珍しいですね。
興味津々で来ましたよ。
素直に 酸辣湯麺をオーダー。
二日目なのでサーブにはちょっと手間取っている感じ。
登場した酸辣湯麺は 見た目も味も まくり に良く似たタイプです。
まくり よりは酸っぱさを押さえた感じ。
粘度が高く麺を引っぱり上げるのに苦労します。
全体的な味は調和が取れていて美味しいです。
麺も慶史製で麺そのものが旨い。
辛さは個人的にはちょうど良い感じ。
ラー油は調整してくれるようなので、
辛いのが苦手な方はリクエストされたらいいと思います。
醤油ラーメンや塩ラーメンもある事から、
我が家的には使い勝手いいお店ができた思いです♪

お店インスタから「赤鶏と秋刀魚の拉麺」なるラーメンが
１日１０食限定で出すとの事。
これは食べずにいられませんね♪
開店とほぼ同時に入店し、壁に貼られているこのラーメンのチラシを指さします。
さて、登場したラーメンは綺麗なビジュアル。
鶏チャーシューやメンマに、なんと焼きナスが乗っています！
面白いトッピングですね。
秋刀魚に焼きナス・・・何となく納得W
スープを啜れば、すっきりとした醤油味♪
秋刀魚の風味は、言われたら確かに微かに鼻に抜ける程度。
焼きナスは鶏出汁醤油ベースのスープの浸すとそりゃ旨いですわな。
麺は少し硬めの低加水型。
全体の調和に苦労した旨はお店インスタで拝見してましたが、
いろんな意味できれいにまとまった感じ。
ガツンとは来ませんが、美味しい醤油ラーメンです。
