年季の入った外観が魅力的な大衆食堂。店頭に藤棚があるのが目を惹く。とくに夏場にはその緑陰が更に魅力を高めている。
このたびは晩秋の平日のお昼の営業時間終了直前に滑り込んだ。
店内を見ても、お店が重ねた長い年月や、いまでもお客さんの愛顧が厚いことが、すぐ窺える。
お店は、感じのいいお姐様三名で営んでいらっしゃる。
「焼チャンポン」（650円）をいただいた。
五目炒めに、お店で茹でたチャンポン麺を併せ、さらに炒めたというようなものだろう。
具材は、さつま揚げ、豚肉、もやし、タマネギ、キャベツ、ニンジン、ネギ、といったようなもの。シャッキリ感をハッキリめに残した炒め方。
チャンポン麺は、太め。プリプリの食感と、如何にもチャンポン麺らしい味わいがいい。
味付は、程よい旨みと塩気。そして胡椒の風味が絶妙。それで十分おいしい。食材のおいしさがよく楽しめた。
柚子こしょうを溶いたポン酢ダレも小皿で出される。これに浸したり、これをぶっかけたりしてもいい。その風味が加わった味わいもまた、目覚ましいものだった。
