日曜の夕暮れ。仕事を終えて同僚と乾杯に！
白金に移転して初。警固にあるときから美味しいイタリアンでした。
日曜日は午後4時から昼飲みが楽しめる『ポルコロッソ』ならぬ『ヒルコロッソ』ワクワク、粋な営業時間。
カウンターとテーブルひと席でこじんまりと雰囲気のよい室内。ソムリエ(バッチを輝かせた)奥様とご主人の2人で切り盛り。素敵なコンビネーションです。
まずは紅白の泡から。ピンク色のランブルスコ美味しかったー。2杯目の泡を頼んだ時、まだ半分ほど残っている同僚にもサーブされ、うーん、なかなかオシ強め、強気サービスだなぁ、とは思いましたしっかり者の女主人さまの最初の印象。それも、まあ、ご愛嬌ということで！
昼飲みのメニューはリーズナブルで頼みやすいですよ。

どれもクセがない素直なお味でとっても美味しい
再オープンまもないですが、カウンターにはすっかり常連となられたようなお客様が。
夜もアラカルトがあるといいのだけれど、コースのみ。お値段が7500円と1万2100円からとのこと。(2022年6月現在。まだ様々模索中ですって)
リストランテではないカジュアルな店の構えからすると、また呑兵衛軍団からしますと、福岡ではややお高めな値段設定のようにも感じられます。どうでしょう。
もちろんそれ以上のシェフの腕と訪ねる時間の価値はあるとは思うのですが！頻繁に訪れるにはちょっと躊躇しますかしら。
まずは日曜のお昼飲みでお試しあれ❣️素敵な夕暮れのハッピーな時間を楽しめることでしょう⭐️⭐️⭐️
