イギリスからの逆輸入ラーメン！英国昇龍 ｛福岡市中央区｝2017年02月02日(木)英国昇龍へ行って来た。
ここは、上人橋通りのサウスガーデンの１階。
今まで夜だけの営業だったのが、ランチを始めた。
この店は、本店がイギリスで、ここ豚骨王国福岡へ
逆輸入された豚骨ラーメン屋さんだ。
店頭に出されたお知らせを見ると
ナ、ナント、２月７・８・９日は、ランチタイムのラーメンが半額だ。
洋楽が流れる店内は、超お洒落な空間。
これなら、女性一人でも入れるし
ドレスアップした女性のラーメンをすする姿も絵になるね！
ジーパンで来た事を後悔させるようなゴウジャスな雰囲気。
カウンター席の前には、ガラス張りの厨房が見える。
こりゃ高いのかなと思いつつメニューを見ると
元祖豚骨脂泡RAMENが＠６５０円、普通じゃん！
替玉＠１５０円、ごはん＠１７０円。
ただし、税抜き価格。
テーブルの上の薬味。
紅生姜や辛し高菜は無い、これが英国流だろうか？
注文したのは、元祖豚骨脂泡RAMENが＠６５０円とおにぎり＠９０円。
トータール税込８００円。
大きな海苔、キクラゲ、チャーシューが３枚。
泡ブクでスープの色が解らない。
スープは、臭みのない円やかでクリーミー！
これは、美味しい！！！
これは、イギリスでも大人気なはずだ。
細めのストレート麺（ラー麦）が、美味しいスープを泡ごと吸い上げ
堪らなく美味しい。
いや～美味しかった。
店の雰囲気の良さが、より一層美味しく感じさせた。

破格値で激旨 #英国昇龍 ｛福岡市中央区｝2021年02月18日(木)英国昇龍へ行って来た。
上人橋通りをウロウロしてると、この店の前で
衝撃のメニューを見つけた！
そのメニューとは、 、 、 、 、
これが、その衝撃のメニュー！
ラーメンと小チャーハンと替玉で＠６１５円（税別）なのだ！
一般的に、これだけの内容だと千円近くするのだが。
これが、通常メニュー。
基本のラーメンは＠５９０円。
他に、トリュフの入ったラーメンや味噌、和風がある。
先ずは、ゴマ、ブラックペッパー、おろしニンニクが運ばれて来た。
やって来た、ラーメン半額セット＠６７７円（税込）。
これに、替玉が無料になるのだ。
小チャーハンは、少なく見えるが、器が深くて
わりと量が有る。
お肉も沢山入って、シッカリした味付けで美味しい。
さあメインのラーメンは、チャーシュー、海苔、青ネギ。
表面が泡で覆われ、今は撤退した下川端の金田家を思い出す。
泡の覆われたカプチーノスープから頂きます。
臭み無いのに、シッカリ凝縮された豚骨の旨味。
これは美味しい！
麺は、ストレートの細麺。
シッカリとカプチーノが絡んで最高！
気が付いたら、スープを飲み干して替玉出来なかった。
激安価格での、超満足な一杯だった。
