昭和通り沿いにあり、ガラス張りの店内 結構賑わってるのが横を通るとわかります。
コロナがやや落ち着いた頃、友人と利用しました。
2500円のコース(税別)だったと思います。
初めにお店の方がお店の中央にある薬味コーナーから、つけダレをささっと調合して出してくれるんです。
そのタレがすっごく私の好みで★
ニラが旨さを引き立ててる！ナッツも美味しい。
これにつければいかなる食材も美味しい事間違いなし。(※あくまでも個人的見解です)
食べ放題ではないので量的には女性向きだと思います。
お肉はラム肉と牛バラ肉なので、ラム肉が苦手な方はやや困ります。私 ラム肉苦手なので、友人がまるっと牛バラ肉の方を私にくれました｡ﾟ(ﾟ^o^ﾟ)ﾟ｡ありがとう
火鍋なので お鍋に入れるスープをチョイス。
鶏ガラ系、トマト、辛いスープ、キノコ
とかだったと思います。
画像を見るからに恐らくキノコ以外の3つ、、
多分 タレが全てを旨味に持っていくので
スープが私の記憶にあまり残らなかったんだと思います(笑)
辛いスープ、辛さを選べて、控えめにしましたがかなり辛かったのだけは記憶に。
美味しかったです。
