せっかく博多に来たんやけん、1軒だけで帰るわけにはいかんたい。というわけで2軒目です。実はあらかじめある程度予定は立てており、1軒目は博多ラーメンのルーツとなるような老舗（長浜屋）。そして2軒目は関東でもチェーン展開している店の本店ということで、一風堂を選びました。お目当ては大名本店限定メニューの博多とんこつらぁめん。
それはさておき、食べる順番の妙もあるのだが、同じ博多ラーメンでも1軒目の長浜屋（1952年～）と一風堂（1985年～）ではぜんぜん雰囲気が違うのがおもしろかった。どちらがよいではなく。なるほど町中に博多ラーメンの店が点在しているのも納得だし、これは改めて逗留して食べ歩いてみたいと思った。博多に来て博多ラーメン愛は増している。
話を戻して限定博多とんこつらぁめん。細い、細いなあ。それでいてモチモチの細麺。スープを持ち上げる持ち上げる。これぞ一風堂のフォーメーションだよね。限定の売りはスープ。濃い、うまみが凝縮されている。うまいを通り越して甘いくらい。聞けば、豚頭のみ店内で14時間炊いているという。チェーン展開している店であることを考えると相当に手を掛けていることがわかる。本店だから食べられるプレミアムな一杯でした。
