Visited with a reservation for 2 people from 5pm on weekdays. I think it's a good idea to make a reservation because the seats seemed to be fully booked. I ordered one serving of Hot Pot, vinegared motsu, mentaiko dashi rolls, and sesame mackerel. I made one serving of Hot Pot for two people, and as you can see in the photo, the amount was quite enough. It might have been tough if it was double this! Since I ordered alcohol, the appetizer appeared first. There are three types: pickled cabbage, mentaiko, and jelly. First of all, it's so delicious. The vinegared giblets and sesame mackerel were perfectly seasoned. It goes well with alcohol. The dashimaki is luxurious with plenty of mentaiko. And the eggs themselves are delicious. A type with a strong dashi soup. A dish that everyone should try. The main dish is definitely Hot Pot. First, have just the soup. Gentle taste. Then, they received a lecture on the order of adding ingredients and put them into practice. I can't wait! Once the whole thing is cooked, eat it. The delicious soup stock becomes even more delicious, and the soup soaks into the ingredients, making it delicious. I especially like the meatballs and kuzukiri. Of course everything is delicious. I used yuzu pepper as a seasoning, and it has a nice aroma that goes well with the chicken. At the end, I enjoyed the delicious soup again and thank you for the meal!
