1963〜2000年に親しまれた名店『だるまラーメン』を引き継ぐ形で2000年オープン
1315到着、待ち無く入店
ガレージっぽい雰囲気の店内
奥のカウンターに着席
⭐月見ラーメン¥900
豚骨の臭み・雑味を旨味のアクセントとして取り込んだ複雑重厚な大人な旨さ❣
東京の3代目さんでいただいたものとほぼ同一
最近このタイプの豚骨がたまらなく好き
麺は約0.5mm☐断面の超極細ストレート麺
ソーメン並みに細いヤワ麺も合い過ぎ✨
細い麺の束がガッシリスープを掴み口内にジュッポーンと飛びこむ‼️
具材は、チャーシュー、ネギ、生卵
生卵はノリでトッピングしてしまったが、豚骨ラーメンにたまに出くわすコレの良さは未だ分かりかねる
まあ元が旨すぎるので問題なし♪
