仕事で福岡出張が入ったため日曜日に前のり。
美味いものがひしめく福岡ならやっぱり豚骨ラーメン、明太子、モツ鍋あたりは食べておきたいということで1人でも入りやすそうでホテルに近いこちらのお店をチョイス。
19時に訪問して先客として5-6組いたが、お店はかなり広いため空いている印象だった。
店員さんが2人でオペレーションしていたため、入店まで少し時間が必要だったものの無事入店。
一番オススメのモツ鍋満足コースを注文。一人前約2,500円。まず小鉢としてやまやの明太子、酢モツ、キムチの中から一品を選ぶ。私は迷わず明太子を選択。
モツ鍋はモツ150g、キャベツ&ニラ、豆腐、チャンポン麺というオーソドックスな具材がひとまとまりになったセットだった。
一つ下のセットだと豆腐やチャンポン麺が別注文なので、モツ鍋を楽しもうとすると最低このコースを頼む必要がある模様。ちなみにチャンポン麺とスープはおかわりができるとのこと。
明太子はプリプリでたまご1つ1つのプチプチとした食感が非常に小気味よかった。また、モツ鍋は醤油ベースのスープだが、もつの油が溶け出すことで甘さを感じられてとても美味しかった。
まぁモツ鍋で外す方が難しいが 笑
チャンポン麺もいただいて、お腹いっぱい。これでお酒も2杯頼んで最終的には4,000円弱の会計はまじでコスパがいい。
