福岡アンテナさんの情報で知った店。
その中で、こんなのがあったら良いなと
思ってたメニューを発見。
そのメニューが、これだ！
うどんとカツ丼や天丼などの組合せはよくあるが
海鮮丼とうどんの組合せは、あまり見ない。
早速、ざるうどんとミニ海鮮丼セット＠９００円（税込）を注文。
これは、夜のメニュー。
美味しそうな料理が揃っている。
注文後、直ぐに出された、これには驚いた！
え！！味噌汁がこんなに小さいの？
店員さんが発した言葉に、更に驚いた。
『ウエルカムドリンクです』
こ、これは、遊び心満載や～～～！
豆腐が一杯の味噌スープを、一口飲むと
確かに、ホッとした気持ちになる。
続いて、博多平打ちうどんとミニ丼のセット９００円（税込）。
ざるうどんに、つけ汁と漬物。
ミニ海鮮丼は、漬け丼で一般的なご飯茶碗サイズ。
真ん中のグリーンの物体は、海ぶどうかと思ったが
わさび味のとびこと言う事。
普通のワサビじゃなく、わさび味のとびこを添えてるのがお洒落。
味噌味のつけ汁に浸して頂きます。
うどんは、細めの平打ちで、こしが有って
つけ汁に絡んで美味しい。
最後は、ポットから出汁を足して、
スープ割の味噌汁の完成。
うどんも海鮮丼も美味しかったのだが、
それにもまして、ウエルカムドリンクやワサビ味のとびこ
スープ割して味噌汁に変わる等のアイディアに感動！
美味しさプラス感動を楽しめたランチだった。
