観光客なので、博多に来たらやっぱり名物を味わってみたいですよね♪
とは言え前日に観光客向けのお店で痛い思いをしていたので、厳選して決めたもつ鍋六花舎さんにお邪魔しました。
駅徒歩5分。繁華街ではないですが落ち着いた佇まい。
入店時のウェルカムな笑顔で、良いお店確定です。
さてもつ鍋は九州しょうゆ、胡麻みそ、芳醇辛味噌、麻辣辛味噌の4種類から選べます。
お店の方にお伺いすると、やはり定番は九州しょうゆとの事でそちらをオーダー。
良い泡のビール。エンジェルリングが。
お通しはバターナッツかぼちゃのスープ。
濃厚でコクのあるかぼちゃスープでお腹を温めて準備万端です。
もつ鍋はお店の方が頃合いをみて仕上げてくれます。
しっかり出汁の効いたスープ、ほんのりお醤油の甘みもあって旨味が溢れています。
ぷりぷりのもつがさすがの美味しさ♪
もつ鍋以外のメニューもどれも魅力的で目移りします。
ハーフサイズにする事もできるそうなので、色々いただきたくて全てハーフサイズでお願いしました。
胡麻かんぱち、角の立ったかんぱちと香ばしい胡麻ダレが良いですね。
和牛酢もつ、今まで食べていた酢もつと全然違う…
ぷるんぷるんでお酒に良く合います。
一つからオーダーできる白桃の生ハム包み、甘い桃をクリームチーズと塩気のある生ハムで包んだ名品。
いただいたお酒も良き〜(*´꒳`*)
日本酒はもつ鍋にあう六花舎オリジナルの樽酒だそうで、香り良くすっきりいただけます。
桜ハイボールは桜樽につけた焼酎のソーダ割り。
こちらも香り高く、ソーダで割ると飲みやすい危険なお酒になりますね。
限られた時間でしたのでさっといただきましたが、良いお酒ともつ鍋で〆までゆっくり楽しみたかったです。
それでも大満足。
お店の方々もフレンドリーでステキなお店でした。
