The area around JR Imajō Station is supposed to be a suburb, surrounded by mountains! Well, it's in an area with a lot of soba restaurants, so I was planning to eat every single one of them, but I guess I was out of luck. Sometimes the restaurant wasn't open, or it was fully booked... Somewhere along the way, we changed our strategy and ended up eating all kinds of food, regardless of genre.This restaurant is Restaurants an old folk house, so it's a very nice building. *Maybe that's why the door is so heavy! When I timidly walked into the store, a young man at the reception desk (who is not very good at customer service) asked me, ``Do you have a reservation?'' *Seriously! Is that a restaurant? When I told him that I wasn't there, he asked the man in the kitchen for confirmation. ``Can I pop in?'' ``Please wait here by the hearth.'' *That's amazing! A hearth! What's more, the hearth is covered in ashes (I'm still active).So, I was given a seat, and as I looked around the room, I thought, ``I don't have any reservations, there's no room at all, right?'' (Rude) *There was only one person in the kitchen, so there may be a limit on the number of people. I ordered the 1,800 yen course. For the main dish, I chose the rich sea urchin shabu from the hot pot dishes in B. *Sea urchin shabu... I've never had it before. It seems to come with marbled wagyu beef, sweet shrimp, and squid. Start with the rich sea urchin shabu. It's my first time eating sea urchin shabu, but I can't believe how to use sea urchin like this! It's the height of luxury. Then we have shabu shabu-shabu with sweet shrimp, seaweed, marbled wagyu beef, and squid. I see. When you eat it with sea urchin, it tastes like...a delicacy. *My mother likes it. When you finish eating the sea urchin shabu, which tastes similar to sea urchin jellyfish, which is sometimes served on the table, mini grated soba noodles and buckwheat flour panna cotta appear.Grated soba noodles are served at room temperature, thin, and have a slightly chewy texture *For this course Among them, this was the only thing that was missing.The panna cotta had a strong soba flavor, which was good.Today's dish included salmon roe pickled in soy sauce, labeled as from a local tofu shop, and simmered tofu.It was a great value for money, and it was delicious.
