越前市内にも美味しい焼肉屋さんがたくさんたくさん有ります。と言っても、現在はお肉と遠距離恋愛中なので行く機会はあまりないのです。でも・・・・
さてさて焼肉屋さんで麺類と言えば、冷麺とかシメのラーメンとか色色と思い浮かぶでしょうが、越前市内に限らず福井県内の焼肉屋さんには、“おろしそば”も置いてあるところがかなり多いです。
ってな事で、今回の憩いのマンデーは市役所に用事があるので、越前市内の探索に切りかえ、『さんきち』さんに、久し振りに行ってみる事にしました。むか～しむかし、マイファミリーで、スキー帰りにお邪魔して以来です。
お店と並列にある駐車場に愛車をとめて、定刻の11時に一番乗りで突入しました。4～6人用のテーブル席に一人で陣取りました。焼肉がメインなので、中央に円形の焼き場があるわけですが、今回はそれは使わずに、ランチメニューの中から、平日限定のハンバーグ定食に決めておりました。もちろん蕎麦物語なので、“おろしそば”をしっかりと付けました。
アッ！逆でした。おろしそばにハンバーグ定食を付けました。
ちなみに、ライスの大盛りはサービスなのですが、自信が無かったので「中」にしました。
間もなく登場してビックリ！！！おろしそばが、よく専門店で見かける量より多い気がする。そしてそれ以上に、ハンバーグがデカイ！！！「中」のライスも山盛り！！！
別に構わないのです。この為に朝飯抜きで来たのです（笑）
最初は、やっぱり“おろしそば”からですね。手打ちではないようですが、大好きなネギも多くかかって、出汁かげんも良くて良い塩梅です。ふた箸運んでから向きを変えて、ハンバーグの上からソースをかけました。良い感じにジュージューとなりました。ハンバーグを崩してひと箸分をパクリ。焼き具合も柔らかさも最高です。リレーで運んだご飯も、ふっくらしてて美味しい。アトはこれだけの量が完食出来るかどうか不安です・・・・
ご心配なく、最後まで美味しいが量を越えました。
お陰様で晩メシ抜きとなりました。
案の定、翌朝の体重計は壊れました。
美味しい想い出を有難うございました。
