「辛麺 桝元」が今治にもできたこと知り、ずっと、
行ってみたいと思っていた『辛麺屋 桝元 ORIGINAL
今治店』さん。スーパーホテル今治のそばにある
お店です。
どこかのサイトで見た記憶では、宮崎の有名な
「元祖 辛麺屋 枡元」の直営店ではなく、松山に
ある「辛麺屋 枡元」の暖簾分け店だったと思い
ます。
夕方からの開店ということもあり、なかなか行く
機会もありませんでしたが、飲んだ帰りに辛麺の
存在を思い出し、初訪問。
辛麺は辛さとレギュラー or ハーフを選んで注文。
大辛（5倍）のレギュラーにしました。
麺はそば粉入りの韓国麺で雑炊、うどん、中華麺
へ変更もできます。ただし、中華麺はレギュラー
のみ。もちろん、替玉もできます。中華麺と迷い
ましたが、韓国麺をチョイス。
具材は溶き卵、ニラ、挽肉、にんにくです。辛麺
1杯に5かけ程のにんにくがゴロゴロと入っていて、
ホクホクのにんにくが味わい深くてたまりません。
スタミナ満点で最後まで美味しくいただきました。
