愛媛と言えば鯛めしですよね。今回は道後温泉界隈にあるこちらのお店にお邪魔しました。鯛めし以外にも鰤丼や鱧の天ぷら、鳥の唐揚げ、じゃこかつ等々を注文しました。鯛めし鯛の刺身をご飯の上に載せて、だし醤油に卵の黄身を溶いたものを上からかけて自分で仕上げていくスタイルです。刺身の鮮度はもちろん、だし醤油との絡みも申し分なく、最後は茶漬けにして大満足。一方、柑橘ぶり丼味噌だれはぷりぷりの鰤の刺身にかぼすかな？、こちらに八丁味噌のたれをかけていただきます。これが新鮮な刺身と味噌の上品な香りの組み合わせが素晴らしく、鯛めし以上に感動しました。せんざんきと言われる鳥の唐揚げや、鱧の天ぷら、じゃこかつも非常にクオリティが高く、全てのお料理が本当に大満足できるものでした。機会があったら是非再訪します！ご馳走さまでした。
