広島のミックスを注文。
お客さんがたくさんいたからなのか、これがスタンダードなのかはわからないが、出てくるのが早いので不安があったが、やはりキャベツの火入れ時間が足りないので全体的にベチャつき、また甘みに欠ける。
そばの焼き具合も焼きが足りない印象。
もっちりかコシかパリッとかどれもはっきりせずただただそば入れただけのような印象。まぁ、キャベツのベチャつきで水分吸ったのかもしれませんが。
良かった点。
ソース三種類楽しめる。
出てくる時にソースが控えなのも好印象。
美味しいお好み焼き食べたいってなら、近くにお好み沢山あるのでランチのコスパを除けば混雑も含めここを選ぶという選択肢は外れる。
