初訪問。
ヒルトン好きなのですけどね。
グアムでもヒルトンだけはアメリカと言われておりますが
←本当に日本人宿泊者少なかったですinグアム
ちなみにハワイは普通
ここ日本、東京ベイでもヒルトンは海外。
お値段ゆえか非常にゆったりとした客入りの
夜のフォレストガーデン

悪目立ちしないようにお行儀よく参りましたが
飲み放題つけちゃいました。
1900円
生とスパークリングと赤白ワインのみですが
私にはそれで十分
アルコール一杯の
ヒルトンプライス＋消費税＋サービル料を考えると
二杯で元がとれて十分お得。
お料理は確かに派手さは控えめでした。
しかし、和のレベルが高い。
お昼には色々とおっしゃる方も多いような
握り寿司ですが
ほんのりあたたかく、絶妙な加減の酢飯は
口の中でホロリとほどけるし
マグロ、イカ、エビ、サーモン、エンガワ
それぞれ十分においしかったです。
ボイルエビの光り輝き具合から
ご理解いただけますよね。
陶器の大きなお釜で炊いたご飯は
炊き立てではなくほんのり温かい程度でしたが
噛み締めるほどに甘くて
ご飯だけで美味しくいただけました。
そして何気にとったお味噌汁
きちんとお出汁がひいてあり、
体が綺麗になる！！何杯でもいただける、と
感激しながらいただきました。
ストウブのお鍋で炊いた
根菜の和風ポトフも美味しかったです。
多分お味噌汁と同じお出汁がベースで
蓮根も人参も素材の味をいかしつつ
お出汁しみしみ
歯応えも適度にあって
←煮崩れ煮物は私にも作れるので
歯応え大事です！！
これはここでしかいただけないでしょう！と
噛み締めながらいただきました。
丁寧に作られた繊細な和の心
海外の方にご理解いただきたいけど
そこは難しいのかしら、もったいない。
ある意味客受けを狙わず
丁寧に取り組めるのも
大企業ヒルトンであるが故だとおもいます。
今回のビュッフェ
ラム料理がベストだ！という人もいて
人それぞれの好みのお味が
きちんとクオリティが高い、と
確認できた思いでした。
ただ
カービングステーションの
ローストビーフは少々香りが強すぎたかしら？
サーモンとブリのマリネも同様で
あまり売れていませんでした。
パンも全て美味しかったです！！
デザートは
ゴールド&シルバーなホワイトクリスマスが
テーマだったのでしょうか。
チョコレートファウンテンもホワイトチョコレートでしたしね。
みただけで美味しいのがわかる
綺麗なスイーツの数々。
おしゃべりが弾んでほぼラストまで
残ってしまいましたが
ドリンクバーは閉めてしまいます
