会社の先輩と一緒に訪問。
看板が老舗感を漂わせており、ながく船橋の街を見守ってきた重鎮感を感じさせます。
まずは名物のパエリア。
パエリアは2人前からの注文を受け付けているとのことなので、いろんなお料理を食べたい方は、複数人で伺うことを強く推奨します。
30センチ弱の平鍋で炊き上げてくれます。
鶏肉もじゃがいももにんにくも、すべての具材が大きく、食べ応えがあります。
白魚のアヒージョは思いのほか食べ応えがありました。
この日は入店されたばかりのスタッフさんに接客対応してもらったのですが、この方に「（白魚は）シラスのことです」と聞いていたので、シラスのアヒージョをイメージしておりました。
なので、お料理が出てきたとき、「シ...シラスってこんなに成長できるの？？」とビックリしてしまいました。
シラスよりも食べ応えがあって、おいしいですよ！
白身魚のサフランソースは必食です。
お魚もソースも両方おいしくて、食べ終わるのが悲しくなりました。
まず、お魚の身の厚さにおののきます。そして、お魚のふわふわ加減と優しいソースにKOです。
ソースはパンと一緒に食べて、お皿をきれいに吹き上げてしてしまいました。
飲み物もワインやウィスキーのメニューも豊富で楽しめると思います。
ごちそうさまでした。
