味噌と和えたネギがしっとり柔らかく、もやしの上に乗っていました。麺はモチモチ太麺です。
ニンニクは、摺り下ろしではなく、微塵切りでした。
スープは塩っぱく、体に悪そう。でも、そこが良いのですね！背脂やチャーシューの端っこが塩っぱさを中和してくれます。
スープの旨みやコクを感じるラーメンではなく、麺に合わせた漬け汁をイメージさせてくれました。
(S)で十分、この後の甘いデザート、どうしようかな？と考えさせてくれるラーメンでした。
毎日は無理だけれど、たまにガツンとニンニクで行きたくなるラーメンでした。900円
