豊橋駅直結のホテルアソシア5階にある中華。
平日予約無しでしたが、問題なく案内してもらえました。
店内は広々としていて、テーブルごとに区切りもあるから周りが気にならずにゆっくりお食事できます。
この日はまだお腹もそんなに空いてなかったこともあり、ランチメニューの中でも一番量が少なそうな2200円の点心が中心のコースを選択。
ホテルでこの価格、お安いですね！
▪︎小皿料理
前菜3種で、チャーシュー・海老・キュウリ。
さっぱりめの味付けで、食欲が掻き立てられます。
▪︎ふかひれスープ
蟹の身が入り卵スープで、まさかのフカヒレも入ってます。
優しい味付け。
▪︎揚げ点心2種
春巻きはパリパリで揚げ具合が最高。
もう1つの点心は名前が分からないけれど、すごく美味しかった！！モチモチして甘い皮の中はトロリとした肉まん風の餡。
▪︎香港風おまかせ蒸し点心3種
シュウマイ、海老蒸し餃子、フカヒレ餃子。
やっぱりホテル中華の点心って上品で美味しいですよね！
▪︎選べる主菜
(五目チャーハン・干し貝柱のお粥・五目あんかけ焼きそば・チャーシューと葱の細切りスープそばから選べます)
スープそばをチョイス。
優しいけどコクのあるスープに、中華ならではの麺がすごく美味しい。
お腹いっぱいだったけど美味しすぎて完食しました。
▪︎本日の冷たいデザート
フルーツがたくさん乗った杏仁豆腐。
どのフルーツも甘くて、杏仁豆腐自体は甘すぎなくて食べやすい。
割とサクサクと料理が提供されるので肩肘張らずに気軽に食べやすかったです。
コースの選択肢も多いし、オーダーバイキングもあるみたいなのでお腹の具合やシーンに合わせて選べるのも嬉しいですね！
