刈谷市駅から徒歩7分のところにある、本場大分からあげのテイクアウト専門店です。
県道296号線「松坂町」の交差点から北へ300mほどの通り沿いにあります。
テナントの一角で、隣はたこ焼き屋さん。
駐車場はありません。
小さなお店で、店内は待合いのベンチはなく、けどわずかに本が置いてあります。
日曜日の10時すぎに行きました。
早い時間だったからか、お店の方はお一人で調理と会計をやっていました。
私の前に一人お客さんがいましたが、15分ほどで受け取ることができ、そこで会計。
もも 100g(約2個分) 260円
8個400g購入したので、1040円(税抜)。
家族みんなでいただきました。
サイズはまちまちでしたが、平たく大きいのがここでは主流なのかな？って印象。
竜田揚げのようなタイプです。
外はカリッと、中はジューシー。
けど、全然くどくない。醤油ベースの味付けは濃すぎない感じ。これは美味しい！
私が今まで食べた唐揚げの中で、一番好みです。
熱々はもちろんですが、冷めても美味しい♪
国産鶏肉100%使用。こだわりの素材とこだわりの調理法。
また唐揚げが食べたくなったら、こちらへ行こうと思います。
