「海音」に寄って来ました。
半田市清水北町に有る自然派のパン屋さん。
「海音」と書いて「カノン」と読むそうです。
店舗は名鉄河和線の線路脇。
線路から反対側の路地が駐車場への入り口になります。
この路地がかなり狭いです。
「本当に入って大丈夫？」と不安になる程。
でも、思い切って入ってみると、奥は案外広いです。
あくまでも路地の狭さに比べれば…ですけど。
店舗は昭和レトロな感じ。
外観はパン屋さんとは思えない出で立ち。
硝子戸を通して店舗内を窺って初めて気付くレベルです。
それでも、半田市内では結構知られた存在らしく、
行列こそ出来ませんが、お客の来訪は頻繁。
間違いなく人気店の様ですね。
お店に着いたのは12時頃。
パンは一つ一つが結構大き目。
私は下記の2品を購入しました。
くるみとレーズン
いちじくとくるみいりライ・ブレッド
このお店のパンは、なかなかの美味しさです。
買って来たパンはいすれもハード系。
硬いのですが、噛み締めると小麦の旨味が感じられます。
パンに仕込まれた胡桃やドライフルーツも良いアクセントですね。
人気店で有るのも納得のクオリティー。
半田市に来たら、また寄ってみたいです。
